Here is the second in a three part series, of E shoots with Mariea Rummel Photography. Who doesn’t have a favorite team or better yet a favorite jersey?? Jason loves the A’s and Allyson loves the Dodgers; but together they make the perfect team! Jason & Allyson are an awesome couple and this is just one more example of two great people in love.
This is the first in a series of 3 awesome Engagement shoots with Mariea Rummel Photography. We went to a local landscape Nursery for something out of the ordinary. This Nursery had so many great things to do. As you will see Matt and Michelle were able to get a little plant shopping, reading and even some photos taken. They are such a fun couple to spend time around. Thanks Mariea, Matt and Michelle for having me along to film.
This was the E shoot of Derek and Megan. It was a night out even though this was all done early in the morning. Derek and Megan weren’t planning on an Engagement film, but after Travis at THP brought me along, which was very nice of Derek and Megan to let me come along, this was what happened. We toured a bit of Downtown Sacramento, and ended up filming at a great place called 58 degrees. I think everyone had a great morning out. Thanks again Derek and Megan.
Travis Hoehne, invited me along to film Matt and Briana as he did an engagement shoot for them. It was a sunny, summer afternoon. They are a beautiful couple and so much fun to work with. The location was amazing! It had an old red barn, vintage car, railway car & swing set. They brought along their dog Norman. They used a picture frame they had hand written their date on in some of the shots. Thanks Travis, Matt and Briana for having me along.
This is the engagement film for Cory & McKenzie. It was a great time of year to visit Apple Hill with them. We filmed this at High Hill Ranch with our friends Lance & Marti Howton who did their photography. They are a laid back, easy going couple. McKenzie was our daughter Karissa’s Sunday school teacher and she is also our girls babysitter. She is very special to our family. We wish you guys all the best!
Apple Hill is a great place to visit, even better for some photos and film, but best of all when you get to meet Ryan and Karie. Travis Hoehne invited me along on Ryan & Karie’s engagement shoot. They are a super fun and animated couple. Some of the story took place in downtown Placerville.
We met Kale & Terra through The Dream Wedding Show at Cal Expo last January. We are so happy that we could do an engagement film for them and their wedding this next year too. Yeah!! They are an awesome couple, so playful and fun to hang out with. Their afternoon started with a picnic and rock skipping at Sly Park Lake. We ended up at our local county fair. It is easy to see why these two have nothing but a good time being together!
We met Haley at The lake Hills Wedding show in El Dorado Hills in January. Forrest and Haley were so much fun. He is a nurse and she is getting her masters in speech-Language pathology. They were totally willing to try anything. So with a few ideas we met up in Sutter Creek, it is a quaint old town with lots of cool stuff to film. After a lot of ice cream, coca-colas and hanging out this is what happened. Thanks Forrest and Haley!
We also met Cristina at The Lakehills Bridal Show in January. Joshua & Cristina are a great couple. It was most important to them to have someone who could do live streaming of their wedding. We just filmed their wedding this last weekend and pulled off our first live stream. Their friends and family that couldn’t attend the wedding were able to watch the ceremony live on the internet. They were able to post up their thoughts for the couple to read as well. It was really cool! So if anyone is interested in that. We can get it done for you!!! This engagement shoot was filmed in Coloma near the river.
This engagement shoot for Mj and Ali was filmed in downtown Placerville. I went along with our friends Scot and Sharon with Studio B photography to capture some video of the photo shoot. Mj & Ali are from New York City. They have family that live in this area so they came all this way to plan their wedding on the west coast. Their dog Greta is a special member of their family. She is so cute!! It was lots of fun working with all of you!
